Refund Policy

1. General Policy

GOH Bible Academy provides a structured one-year Christian Discipleship and Ministry Preparation program. Students should review the course information and program requirements before making a payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered when there is a valid payment or enrollment issue, including:

• Duplicate payment
• Payment made in error
• Payment received but enrollment cannot be provided
• Technical or administrative issues preventing course access

3. Course Access

Once a student has received course access or started using the paid learning program, refunds may not normally be available for unused or partially completed course content.

4. Failed or Unsuccessful Completion

Payment does not guarantee successful completion of the program or issuance of a certificate. Students must meet the required course, examination and certificate requirements.

Failure to complete the course, examinations or required academic requirements does not automatically qualify a student for a refund.

5. Payment Provider Issues

If a payment is reversed, declined, duplicated or otherwise affected by a payment provider, the academy may review the transaction and take appropriate action.

6. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible through the academy's contact page. Please provide the student's name, email address, payment date and relevant payment reference.

The academy may request additional information to verify the transaction before processing a refund.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where practical. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Certificate Fees

If a separate certificate or administrative fee is introduced, its refund conditions will be communicated before payment.

9. Policy Changes

GOH Bible Academy may update this Refund Policy when course, payment or administrative procedures change. The latest version published on this page will apply to future transactions.
