1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using GOH Bible Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use the academy's services.
2. About the Academy
GOH Bible Academy is an educational initiative of Gate of Heaven Ministries providing Christian Biblical Studies, discipleship learning and ministry preparation.
3. One-Year Program
The main program is structured as a one-year Christian Discipleship and Ministry Preparation course consisting of 12 monthly study areas.

- 12 monthly subjects
- 12 monthly examinations
- 50 MCQs per month
- 600 MCQs in total
4. Student Registration
Students must provide accurate information when creating an account, including their full name and email address. Students are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and their login credentials secure.
5. Course Requirements
Students are expected to study the provided materials, complete required learning activities and participate in the monthly examinations.
Students should maintain honest and responsible participation throughout the program.
6. Examinations
The program includes 12 monthly MCQ examinations. Students must complete the required examinations to progress through the program.
Academic dishonesty, cheating, sharing answers or attempting to manipulate examination results may result in cancellation of results or suspension of an account.
7. Certificate Requirements
A certificate is not automatically issued simply because a student registers or makes a payment.
The recommended certificate requirements are:
- At least 480 correct answers out of 600 MCQs
- Minimum 80% overall MCQ performance
- Completion of all 12 examinations
- Completion of the one-year program
- Completion of required ministry/disciple activities
The academy may verify academic and program completion before issuing a certificate.
8. Ministry Preparation
The program is designed to prepare believers for Christian service and ministry.
Completion of the course or receipt of a certificate does not automatically appoint, ordain or guarantee a student a ministry position. Ministry appointment remains subject to the leadership, standards and policies of Gate of Heaven Ministries or the relevant church/ministry organization.
9. Payments
Where a course fee applies, students must provide accurate payment information and follow the academy's payment instructions.
Payment does not guarantee successful completion or certificate eligibility. Please review the Refund Policy before making payment.
10. Educational Content
Course materials are provided for Christian educational and discipleship purposes. Students should use the materials responsibly and respect any applicable copyright and intellectual property rights.
11. Prohibited Use
Students must not:
- Use another person's account
- Submit false information
- Cheat in examinations
- Attempt to damage or disrupt the website
- Copy or redistribute protected course materials without permission
- Attempt to bypass academy security or access controls
12. Account Suspension
GOH Bible Academy may suspend or terminate an account where there is evidence of fraud, cheating, misuse, security violations or serious breaches of these terms.
13. Third-Party Services
The academy may use third-party services such as hosting, payment providers or other online tools. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Website Availability
We aim to keep the academy website and learning services available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues or circumstances outside our control.
15. Changes to These Terms
GOH Bible Academy may update these Terms & Conditions when the program, website or services change. Updated terms will be published on this page.
